Product Introduction
Wedge wire screen — also known as V-wire or profile wire screen — is a premium metallic filtering element built by resistance-welding V-shaped profile wires to support rods at every intersection. The V-shaped wires create slots that widen inwardly, so particles pass through instead of lodging: the result is a genuinely non-clogging screen with high open area and exceptional load-bearing strength.
Manufactured in SS304, 316, 316L, 321 and duplex 2205, with slot openings from 20 microns to 10 mm. Supplied as flat or curved screen panels, cylinders and baskets, sieve bends (arc screens) and pipes — for mining and coal preparation, water intake and wastewater, food processing and petrochemical service.
