Product Introduction
Ultra-precision, high-tension mesh woven from ultra-thin stainless steel wires on advanced automated looms — with flawless geometric accuracy for high-end screen printing. Where micrometer-level precision is required, it has largely replaced polyester: solar cell gridlines, multi-layer PCBs, touch screen displays.
Stretchable to extremely high tension with minimal elongation for perfect registration on high-speed automated presses; ultra-fine wires give maximum open area and minimal mesh thickness for clean release of high-viscosity silver, copper and glass pastes. Three grades cover the range: standard SUS 304/316, super high-tension 304HP, and ultra-thin UT series with wires down to 11–15 microns.

Choose stainless steel when you need micrometer-level precision, extreme tension and zero elongation — solar, PCB, display and MLCC printing. Choose polyester mesh for textile, graphics and general commercial printing at lower cost.
304HP (super stainless) offers higher tensile strength and lower elongation for ultra-high tension stretching. UT series uses ultra-thin 11–15 μm wires for micro-electronics and thin-film circuits.
Standard 1000–1580 mm rolls; custom widths are manufactured to order.
