Stainless Steel Dutch Weave Wire Mesh
High-strength Dutch weave filtration mesh, 1–300 μm, for extreme environments.

Product Introduction
Dutch weave mesh takes a different approach from standard square mesh: heavier warp wires combined with tightly packed finer weft wires create a dense, wedge-shaped pore structure — delivering micro-filtration accuracy with exceptional mechanical strength. It is the industry standard for liquid, gas and slurry filtration under extreme pressure.
Three constructions cover the range: plain Dutch weave for stable, pressure-resistant surface filtration; twill Dutch weave for ultra-fine filtration down to a few microns; and reverse Dutch weave for maximum tensile strength in continuous automatic ribbon screen changers. In SS304, 316, 316L and exotics, with easy backwashing and reusability for low lifetime operating cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Dutch weave uses heavy warp wires with densely packed fine weft wires, creating wedge-shaped pores. Choose it when you need fine filtration plus high strength — high-pressure differentials, viscous fluids or abrasive slurries where standard square mesh would deform. See weave types explained.
Plain Dutch for stable surface filtration; twill Dutch for the finest ratings (down to a few microns); reverse Dutch for maximum tensile strength in continuous ribbon screen changers such as polymer extrusion.
Yes — the smooth, solid surface allows backflushing and ultrasonic or chemical cleaning, keeping lifetime operating costs low.
